About ME
Hey there, I’m Tejasvi Ginnela. I’m a filmmaker and photographer, and I’ve spent the past 10+ years telling stories about real people, places, and communities. My work covers documentary, branded, and commercial projects, often shining a spotlight on communities of color, small businesses, and stories that don’t always get the space they deserve.
I’ve been lucky enough to collaborate on some amazing projects, like serving as Director of Photography on Art in Motion for National Geographic India. Experiences like these taught me the importance of listening first, moving intentionally, and always putting the story above everything else.
I hold an MFA in Documentary Production from the University of North Texas, and spent a memorable semester studying Photography Design at NID, India. At the heart of everything I do is a genuine curiosity about people and a belief that our stories are the strongest connections we share.
